Older Sioux Falls housing stock frequently has aluminum branch and Federal Pacific panels; newer subdivisions are mostly EV chargers and smart-home rough-in.
Ten minutes east on I-90. Mix of established homes and active new construction. Significant volume on EV chargers and panel upgrades for the larger subdivisions.
Fastest-growing community in the metro. Heavy new construction — most work is EV-ready prep and structured wiring at rough-in.
South of Sioux Falls along I-29. Residential and small commercial. Several restaurant fit-outs along Main Avenue in the past two years.
An hour north along I-29. SDSU-adjacent commercial work and residential service on the older neighborhoods east of campus. Scheduled in clusters to be fair on travel.
An hour south. Smaller volume — USD-area residential and select commercial. Travel time is on the bill, disclosed up front.
Twenty miles north. Mostly residential service upgrades and generator installs on the rural-edge properties.
